DeLadurantey Law Office and Wallace Law File Class Action Lawsuit Against AON For Denying Travel Insurance Claims After Southwest Airline Flight Cancellations Following Nationwide Winter Storm

DeLadurantey Law Office, LLC, and Wallace Law, Inc., announces the filing of a class action lawsuit—Milwaukee County Case Number 2023CV8951—against AON Risk Service Central, Inc. (AON), relating to travel insurance denials following the Southwest Airlines flight cancellations due to Winter Storm Elliot. 

The class action complaint alleges that AON refused to pay Trip Cancellation claims for travel plans that were derailed when Southwest ceased operations last December during and shortly after Winter Storm Elliot.
