Nathan DeLadurantey is a Wisconsin consumer protection attorney who has spent more than eighteen years standing up for everyday people against banks, lenders, debt collectors, and car dealers. From his office in Waukesha, he represents clients across the state in cases involving illegal vehicle repossessions, debt collector harassment, credit reporting errors and identity theft, and auto fraud and lemon law claims.
What sets Nathan apart is his willingness to go to trial. Many lawyers settle every case short of a courtroom; Nathan is one of the relatively few consumer attorneys in Wisconsin who regularly tries these cases to a jury, and his clients have recovered significant verdicts as a result. When you're interviewing attorneys, it's worth asking whether they'll actually take your case to trial — because that answer often changes how seriously the other side takes you.
Nathan is licensed in Wisconsin (and California, inactive) and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Southern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, with pro hac vice admissions in the Southern District of Florida and the District of West Virginia. He has lectured at national, regional, and local continuing legal education programs on consumer law, and has been recognized by the Eastern District Bar Association for his pro bono work and by the Wisconsin Law Journal for his work on consumer credit cases.
He also believes legal problems shouldn't be made more confusing than they already are. Nathan takes time to listen to your story, explain your options in plain language, and lay out clear next steps — and your first consultation is always free. Outside the office, he enjoys CrossFit, hiking with his family, and a good book.
