Professionalism, compassion and knowledge
2010 was a catastrophic year for our family -- my husband lost his job and had emergency surgery. We subsequently got buried under credit card and medical bills and were unable to make our mortgage payments. When we went to see Nathan we were at the end of our rope -- scared, hopeless and fairly ignorant about our options. Nathan was the epitome of understanding and professionalism. He very specifically outlined our options and helped us along the path to begin to recover our financial stability once again. He always responded promptly and thoroughly to our questions, no matter how small they were. We were very, very grateful to have him on our side. Now, as we move forward, 2011 is looking up -- my husband has a new job, I have a new job, the bulk of our credit card and medical bills are behind us, and our mortgage loan is being modified to fit our new budget and income. We can't thank you enough, Nathan.
