Did the impossible.
We had paid off our mortgage with a lender but they refused to acknowledge that it had been fully paid which was causing a number of problems in our life. This refusal to acknowledge went on for months even though we had a different lawyer working with them. At some point, the other lawyer recommended working with Nathan because of his experience with lenders. After he reviewed all of our history he assured us this this could and would be resolved (a huge relief). He told us exactly what to do to establish the grounds required for a lawsuit if necessary. We went from the lender telling us that we owed them 22k to them acknowledging their error with apologies. It took a couple months due to time required by law for lender responses, but Nathan was able to resolve an issue we could not on our own or even with other help. He is down to earth in conversations and doesn't talk over your head.
