Capital One Issue and resolution
I contacted Nathan after a laundry list of issues with Capital One. He listened to my issue ad offered excellent advice on how to proceed. I actually believe mentioning his name to Capital One on subsequent phone calls really motivated the bank to work with me as fast as possible.
