I filed for chapter 7 and hired a very well know law firm to file
my petition. When contacted by debtors they were advised
I as represented by the firm all was fine. However one
collection agency refused to cooperate.
My bankruptcy attorney suggested that i contact DeLadurantey
law office. Attorney DeLadurantey sugested a brife letter and
the harrasment would stop.It did not.
Attorney DeLadurantey then filled suit on my behalf and
shortly thereafter a financial conclusion was made to my
satisfaction and I have not been contacted further.
